The snippet above is exactly how numerous resumes open up on my computer screen.

Pretty confusing to read, isn't it?

That's because it's been saved at 200%, and in the middle of the page. A large portion of the resumes open up just like the one you see above. I can scroll over and back to read it all, but that’s annoying.

You’ve been working on it at 150% or 200%, and when you completed it, saved it at that magnification.

After completing your resume, save it at 100%, and then email it to someone else, and see how it looks on her screen. You may have to reduce it to 75% to make it easily read on most screens.

It’s best not to start your reader off annoyed, because they had to fiddle with your resume to make it readable.
